According to information, in the
ancient times used as a bathing princess after performing a ritual at the
temple of Borobudur. Source of hot water (warm) is found in the range of 8-9
century. Around the temple guards allegedly surrounded the building because it
was found that there are some pieces of stone reliefs. This site is never
buried when Islam entered the archipelago and excavated in the Dutch colonial
era.
Divided into two bathing areas are located side by side. The first bathhouse in the form of natural thermal baths (warm water actually) and adjoining freshwater baths (plain).
